By accessing or using The Trade Room website, purchasing any course, subscribing to any software, or booking any session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific products or services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Course Purchases & Refund Policy

Our courses are offered as one-time purchases with lifetime access. Upon completing payment, you receive immediate access to all course materials, including video modules, downloadable resources, and any associated content.

This policy exists because the nature of digital educational content means it cannot be "returned" once accessed. We encourage you to review all publicly available information about our courses — including curriculum outlines, sample content, and FAQs — before purchasing. If you have questions about a course before buying, you are welcome to contact us or book a consultation session to ensure the course is right for you.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a technical failure on our part that prevents access to purchased content — we will work with you directly to resolve the issue. Please contact us at support@thetraderoomacademy.com.

Software Subscription & Billing

The TRA Ultimate Suite and any other software products are offered as monthly subscriptions with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time — during the free trial or at any point after billing has commenced. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the software until that date. We do not offer partial-month refunds for subscription periods already billed.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis from the date your trial converts to a paid subscription. Prices are displayed in USD. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on each billing date until you cancel.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the software after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

1-on-1 Sessions

Session bookings are confirmed upon payment via our booking platform. Sessions are educational in nature — guidance provided during sessions does not constitute financial advice and should not be acted upon as such.

Intellectual Property

All content on The Trade Room website and within our products — including course videos, written materials, PDFs, software code, indicator logic, graphics, branding, and methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Trade Room and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a course or subscribing to our software grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that content for your own educational purposes only. You may not:

Third-Party Services & Partners

Our website and services may reference or link to third-party platforms, including AXI (our broker partner), TradingView, Calendly, and others. These third parties operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, for which we take no responsibility.

Our relationship with AXI is that of an affiliate partner (Introducing Broker). We may receive a commission when you open an account with AXI through our referral link. This does not affect the fees you pay to AXI and does not influence the educational content we provide. We recommend AXI because we believe it is a quality broker suitable for our students — not solely because of our commercial relationship.

We are not responsible for the services, availability, terms, or conduct of any third-party provider. Any disputes with third parties must be resolved directly with those parties.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services you consent to the data practices described therein.

When you submit your information via our waitlist, booking, or purchase forms, you agree to receive relevant communications from The Trade Room. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, your only recourse is to discontinue using our services.
